Exercise Routines
Here are some workout routines that don’t require much time or fancy equipment. Do know that these are routines that shouldn’t be tried by the beginner without proper instruction.
The first video is of a bodyweight and resistance band circuit performed by a good friend, Aaron Cruz. This full body routine will help build muscle, burn fat and improve sports performance.
Who says they don’t have time to go to the gym? Look at all the work Aaron gets done here in a VERY short amount of time.
The second video is of various advanced kettlebell exercises that can be configured in a circuit to blast your whole body into submission in a matter of minutes.
